  • Why should I book directly on this website?

    When you book directly with us, you’re dealing with the accommodation provider — no middlemen or booking fees. It gives you more flexibility with your booking and guarantees the best available rate!

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Standard check-in time is from 2:00pm, check-out is 10:00am. Late check-outs may be available on request at an additional cost. If you’ll be arriving after 9:00pm, just give us a quick call so we can arrange a smooth late check-in for you.

  • Do you have onsite parking?

    Yes, every room has free parking right outside your door — easy and convenient!

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all our rooms are 100% non-smoking to ensure a fresh, comfortable stay for every guest.

  • Do you have Smart TVs?

    Yes, all Superior Rooms are equipped with Smart TVs so you can stream your favourite shows and movies.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    We don’t have a restaurant onsite, but all rooms include kitchenettes for your convenience, and we offer continental breakfast packs for $10. We’re also happy to recommend great local restaurants and clubs that are just a few minutes away.

  • Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?

    Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms — capped at 10GB per room per day for up to 5 devices. Extra data is available for purchase if needed.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    Just a 2-minute drive to Toronto’s main street, where you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, butcheries, bakeries, and specialty stores.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    Catalina Motel is only 2–5 minutes by car from a great selection of local restaurants, clubs, and takeaway options — including McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Domino’s, Chinese, Indian, and Thai. Check Google Maps for directions and more dining ideas.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your check-in (2:00pm).

    No-shows and cancellations made within the last 24 hours before arrival will be charged the full amount of the room rate.
